Electronic logging via Isaac. Hours of Service fully tracked and compliant with FMCSA ELD mandate.
Carrier liability and cargo insurance maintained at required minimums. Certificate of insurance available on request.
Registered for interstate permit operations including Kentucky (KYU), New York (HUT), and New Mexico (Weight Distance Tax) where applicable.
Operating under Inky Compass Ltd, a single-member Ohio LLC registered with Northwest Registered Agent. EIN on file with the IRS.
Enrolled in a DOT-compliant drug and alcohol testing consortium as required for owner-operator FMCSA authority holders.
